Warm Beach Community Association

Anyone can become a member of the Warm Beach Community Association (WBCA)! We especially welcome folks who live in the Warm Beach community in Stanwood and surrounding areas because you can really take advantage of the activities we sponsor every year.

Some Benefits include:

• The Soundwaves Newsletter keeps members up to date with what is happening around the Warm Beach neighborhood.
• A free member appreciation BBQ each June.
• Voting rights for Board of Trustee members and other major decisions for the Association.

Membership Fees:

• $18.00 yearly for a single adult
• $30.00 yearly per couple
• $12.00 yearly for additional adults in the household
