Where friends and neighbors come together

WBCA Community Park – 19016 94th Dr NW, Stanwood, WA 98292

WBCA’s crown jewel is our small neighborhood park at 19016 94th Dr NW, Stanwood, WA 98292. In the mid-1990s WBCA purchased the land next to the PUD Property (formerly owned by Warm Beach Water Association) as well as lots across the street for our WBCA Park and Parking Lot. WBCA purchased properties with funds from annual fundraisers like Summerfest, Bistro dinners, auctions, membership fees, and various other donations. We also agreed with the WB Water Association to clear their property, plant grass, and maintain the land for the use of their property. When this property was purchased by PUD in 2018, we reached an agreement to continue the use of this property in exchange for maintenance of the grounds.

Since then, WBCA has added many improvements to the park proper, building a covered area, kitchen/storage building, restrooms, cook shack, storage buildings, bonfire pit, playground, portable soccer goals, horseshoe pit and permanent barbecues. In 2022 in the parking lot area, 2 pickleball courts and a half-court basketball court were added from a generous donation willed to us by a long-term resident of the Warm Beach area. Several Park clean-up/maintenance days are scheduled each year to keep the park in optimum condition.

We have used the park for many WBCA events, including our big fundraising event, Summerfest, an annual membership BBQ, an annual Easter Egg Hunt, an annual October Bonfire, and in December, Caroling in the Park. Community groups, and private groups for weddings, family events, and club meetings also used the Park.

The WBCA Board of Directors is responsible for maintaining and marketing the park and facilities. The Park is open to WBCA members and their families for daily use. Park Usage rules are posted at the Park. The park can be reserved for events by members and non-members. To reserve the park, email parkinfo@warmbeachcommunityassoc.org or call 360-218-4930.
